Education + Work : How does it actually work?

Almost after 3 years of actively working as a graphics designer for numerous companies, at the same time studying as a full time undergrad student has been pretty fulfilling, even when there were nights the pressure got me, but i have always, always been very fond of working.

However, this past half-year got me. I used to blindly believe no matter what how difficult can managing both be? i used to often apply my logic on my seniors but reality is quite tough, feeling the pressure at every cm of my brain.

I yet haven't found a peaceful equation around both variables. I'm just learning to manage it all.
